Buying from us
We don't sell anything on this website. All purchases happen in our Etsy shop and are covered by Etsy's terms and by the shop policies shown on our Etsy shop page, including shipping, returns and cancellations.
Designs and photos
The map designs, photos and text on this site and in our Etsy shop are protected by copyright. Please don't copy or resell them without written permission.
No warranty
We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by relying on it.
App terms for EmmasMapArt Shop Sync
Who provides the app
EmmasMapArt Shop Sync is provided by Emma's Map Art (the "Application Developer"). It is a private tool for the EmmasMapArt Etsy shop, and the shop owner is its only user. Connecting the app means accepting these app terms and our privacy policy; the connection page asks for that before sending you to Etsy.
What you allow the app to do
By connecting, the shop owner allows the app to use the Etsy permissions listed on How we connect to Etsy, only for the purposes described there. Access can be revoked at any time in Etsy account settings.
Data
For personal data of Etsy members, the Application Developer acts as a service provider to the seller and processes it only to provide the app's service, as described in the privacy policy. The app follows the Etsy API Terms of Use, including its rules on data freshness, data minimisation and data security.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the Application Developer isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it. If we stop running the app, we will give at least 30 days' notice first.
